@UberUKI_Support in app support keep closing my help tickets. You changed my order illegally without my consent to a different restaurant, you then provided me with the wrong order from a completely different restaurant. This needs to be put right.

@ubereats_uk absolutely furious. Ordered happy meals for the kids but they didn’t bother to put chips in. Now I’m left with dry burgers and nothing else. You partially refunded but quite frankly I shouldn’t have to a pay a penny for this and your app doesn’t allow me to contact.
