Appalling customer service from @BandQ 48hrs later & still no resolution re. my damaged delivery!! Can someone please respond

@marksandspencer just got home to unpack my Xmas food shop & noticed the box was leaking. Inside there are juices everywhere! The vac seal clearly has a split/hole. Pls help!!

@asda first & last time I will get a home delivery from you. My chicken came in an OPEN container! Plus other items were packed on top of it - chicken juice everywhere! Then customer services says nothing can be done as “the system is down” 😠 Poor service

@Sullivanbuses Pls check ur emails. You’ve had this info since 25/9/24 & had my bank details since 30/9/24. Under Consumer Rights Act you owe the refund within 14 days of acknowledgment. I will be taking legal action if my refund does not appear in my bank by 13/10/24. Poor customer service😣

@SamSlater Can you drop us a line by email at Schoolpasses@sullivanbuses.com. We will need the return of the ticket, plus a date when it was last used and the reason.
