@Faux_Freedom @TrashGnome I do wish it had inbuilt lightbearer. But at least it will be good for GWD, as youll get spec killing adds on Nex to speed through blood phase, and 60 spec per GWD boss kill. Also from crabs at tob and arraxor. For other bosses with grimoire and death charge 30 extra spec is ok.

@TrashGnome I like that style, but spec relic doesn’t have faster regen this time other than monster kills, so it’d be decent with slayer but not great for bosses?

@conorsvan1 @NairbD3 @CamCassidy Tenant is not refusing legal right to access. Tenant is not in no payment, landlord cant kick them out to sell “just because”. Tenant is asking for compensation for pain and expense of moving and finding new place that is likely more expensive.

@SaniOSRS Hard agree, especially because while not being BiS the halberd is a pretty good item that all things considered won’t have too high of a requirement. The boots don’t need to be BiS, even if the boots slot is due for some mild power creep it can be saved for another boss.

@SaniOSRS @flip_2_dip I disagree with upgradescape but its much more often mains who don’t want their old items/farms to decrease in value/gp/hr who are arguing for this. For irons it means you have to farm 2/3 drops instead of one. Im sure most irons would skip arma or rev weapons if they could.

Why not?? Who on earth is complaining about this? OSRS should absolutely have more upgrade systems. It's the best item sink there is. Components are not the same, idk why they're making that comparison here.

@flip_2_dip My main issue with this is it requires correct balancing. If the new content drop is less rare than the old (wildy weapons) or the old content is ass compared to the new content (kree’arra) then the new item becomes cheaper than the component its upgrading which feels bad.

@TrungTPhan Was artificial sweeteners actually a health crisis? Last I heard the nutrition research pretty much bore out that they basically have no negative effects and arguable positives compared to the sweetened versions.

@StudyStock @thinkabouditt @RichardHanania The poster is comparing the original authors conclusion to why (they feel) doctors are rigid in their thinking. So bringing up residency not being mentioned/completed is absolutely relevant.

@moore_brandon23 @JoshPillault How does sailing only tie into sailing? You can combo-skill fish, mine for fishing/mining and sailing xp. Resources from other skills will be used to build facilities on the ship. It could be a D&D but you can’t argue that as a skill that it doesn’t tie into other skills.

I wonder if there is any amount of negative sentiment that would cause Sailing to be scrapped. Personally, I originally voted 'no' but I'm starting to come around to it after the latest blogs tbh. Seems like I am massively in the minority though (or are socials just being loud?)

@juliamarblefaun @sevenfootpole Individuals decided they wanted to pay more for the land so they could have it instead of other individuals. Enough individuals want it that someone is willing to pay around that much. What is land worth if not what the most someone is willing to pay for it?

@Canadian_girl5 @JT_TJ11 @JohnPasalis @StatCan_eng There’s the opposite too. I was employed full-time for 6 years but they wouldn’t use T4 income that was 25+% higher than my employment letter income (healthcare worker) because I’d switched jobs <2 years prior to move closer to parents. I needed 10% more so they cosigned.

@davidsmi @tylermeredith I’m going to ask the opposite, why increase taxes on an group with an already high marginal rate that makes money by actually working instead of a group that already has a lot (enough to have a cap gain of 250k) but pays a much lower marginal rate due to having 50% inclusion?

Over a 10 year period 80% of taxpayers NEVER generate a capital gain ever. Of 20% who do, avg is $5,200. And number who would actually hit $250,000 for cap gains alone would be about 1-2% (of the 20%). This doesn’t cover corps but you get a very clear sense — impact is narrow.

@RussBafari @tylermeredith People acting like people with corps are getting all their money taken away, the while reason people keep the money in the corp is its tax preferred , which it still is. The change is just making it slightly less preferential.

@RussBafari @tylermeredith They can still pull out money and invest in RRSPs or TFSAs like everyone else. If you cap those out you have more than enough to retire. And after that they’re more than welcome to take it as personal income and pay the full amount instead of 2/3 to invest.
