@WestHamViews_ lol it took them seconds to see the foul they called. It took minutes to consider if there were other fouls.

Nuno on the consistency of referees and VAR: "Recently VAR has been introduced. It was supposed to help referees, but is it helping? I am asking. The job is for VAR to come in when it is obvious. It took five minutes, so in that instance it was doubts." ⚒️ #WHUFC #COYI

@Biju79372235 @DrRitzyy Funny comment since it’s obvious you don’t know the rules. You can’t score after touching with your hand or arm, even if it’s purely incidental.

@DrRitzyy Cuz it's not a handball. Arm is by his side and he tries to move it away from the ball. Don't expect arsenal fans to know about rules of the game tho, given all the shit they've gottl away with this ssn.

@existantmcfc It’s not exactly the same. It certainly should be a foul though. But Silva doesn’t just hold, he swings and toss down.

I wonder why they never apologised for this Haaland foul, which was the EXACT SAME as Bernardo Silva’s Then again, this is the same panel that said Keane’s foul on Doku was a ‘perfectly legal’ challenge. Where’s the fucking shame?
Tom Canton@TomCantonMedia

Arsenal learn that VAR mistakenly did not award Everton a penalty in draw with Man City that could yet have major Premier League title race ramifications. All 5 Key Incidents panel members agreed that Bernardo Silva committed a foul. Full story 👇 football.london/arsenal-fc/new…

@spechdimaldji @brhodes I’m sorry but I don’t think you have the foggiest idea of what is going on. If he sues it won’t be in the same court system. International courts are extremely different from courts in the US.

Benjamin Netanyahu is now leveraging the court system to sue the New York Times, the very same legal framework that has indicted him for war crimes. It’s a masterclass in selective justice—relying on the law to protect his reputation while simultaneously dismissing its authority when it holds him accountable for human rights violations. You can’t claim the "rule of law" only when it serves your own interests. #Netanyahu #NYT #SelectiveJustice #InternationalLaw #HumanRights #GazaGenocide

@Jenniferrayy2 @jessesingal Oh wow... so she is having a resurgence... didn't know that. Good for her. Also, I assumed she was still doing fine - just had disappeared But personally, I think that just shows how celebrity obsessed society has become. Kids today mostly aspire to have a social media following

@StudyStock @jessesingal Hilary Duff has worked consistently, is worth 25M, her album just debuted at #3, was listed as a times100 most influential people this yr, on the cover of sports illustrated &is about to go on a world tour that’ll probably make her millions richer. I’d say she’s doing just fine👍🏽

@EyeOnStalk @jessesingal I don't think Haidt is hurt over these complaints - I'm sure he'd find it funny. He has a problem with those that disagree with him ideologically trying to change him out. Also, I think modern society is too obsessed with celebrity and it's good to not give in to that desire.

@jessesingal Why is it bad? Why is it bad for a student to wish they got a famous actor to speak at their commencement? It actually is a bad look for Haidt to get butthurt about this and bring up free speech. He's less cool than an actor. Fine. That shouldn't bunch his panties.

@Vicious_season @its_eSJay @APresserV2 You’re right his years of playing in the EPL are negated by the fact he talks to an American audience and uses the terms used in the US.

@HendrickD82 You should go back over every game and determine every score line that should be different. Then tell us the real table based on your expert opinion. Cause that can’t be the only “wrong” decision.

@Ferrari__Tifosi @SkySportsPL What it probably shows is City really needed to buy 2 of the best EPL players in January to fix their season.

@SkySportsPL Doesn’t that show how poor the quality this year is? And how poor Arsenal have been? Because if city are dropping all these points and stuff and still only 2 points then it shows that Arsenal really aren’t anything special

@amjushere Clean sheets are flawed but so is blocked shots. Clean sheets are about the fact that it’s the metric that tells you the keeper gave the team the best chance to win and at worst get the team a draw.

@chunksafc1886 @Rossdog91 @donhutch4 Yes, you should officiate the same way throughout the season. Players play the way they play because of the way it’s officiated in the past. There is a reason they already came out and said they were going to deal with grappling in the box… after the end of the season.

@StudyStock @Rossdog91 @donhutch4 yes doing reacting to the same situation in the same way every time. So if they didnt enforce holding for 35 games it would be inconsistent to do it for the 36th

@chunksafc1886 @Rossdog91 @donhutch4 You are correct and all these people ignore that crying for consistency means that grappling should be ignored. Even if next season they should work to get rid of grappling, this season they have sanctioned it by not caring.

@Rossdog91 @donhutch4 no you all screamed consistency, so you got consistency. No Penalty has been given for holding and there have been far worse examples

@jt_stamford As an Arsenal fan, I feel pretty confident I’d feel the same way if in reverse. - Fouls on keepers are always going to be prioritized - Grappling in the box is not being called this season so it’s not going to lead to a penalty - Corners need to be officiated differently
