I love Jared Verse and he’s a very good edge rusher but there is far more to the position than rushing the passer. He failed consistently at setting the edge and his coverage skills and run defense were pretty mediocre. Byron Young is simply the better all around Edge. It sucks to lose Verse but we are getting a generational talent back in Myles Garrett opposite a very good edge in Byron Young.

It’s hard to win without your starting QB Mahomes and Pat missed the playoffs with a LOSING record last season. They have more to prove than the Bengals with Joe healthy

Wow, it’s crazy how this 2-point conversion was the very last play of the game. It’s crazy there weren’t 6 minutes left in the 4th quarter where the Rams missed a field goal and a full overtime period where they couldn’t stop the Seahawks. So crazy!

Not sure what the Rams have really done to earn this much benefit of the doubt. They choked last year. Should have been the No. 1 seed and a SB team but blew almost every big game. This is one of the saddest "BUT I WANNA WIN THE PRIZE NOW, MOMMY!" moves in NFL history. It wouldn't be bad if they kept Verse too, but to send your young pass rusher and a cornerstone away for a guy in his age-31 season who almost certainly won't repeat a record-breaking season is just foolish, shortsighted GM'ing.
