Facts hurt. DEI specifically means, hiring people based on race and sex and not merit. It specifically means that when you then look at someone who is specifically hired on race and sex, that race and sex has a giant question mark on merit. We have no idea the qualifications of any of these races or sex because that is the only thing that's going to get them hired. This isn't a racist observation, the racism started with an undesirable white man hating women in HR who started to hire and create an ecosystem that excluded straight white men. The problem also stems back to when women where allowed to vote and instead of using logic and reason to vote, voted in women as a gotcha to the men who let them in. Women being allowed to vote is inherently flawed because the nature of women.

I'd like to revisit to Charlie Kirk phenomenon. Here's a guy who said, the Civil Rights Act of the 60's was a mistake that was turned into an anti-white weapon. He once said, "If I see a Black pilot, I’m going to be like, ‘Boy, I hope he’s qualified." He went as far as to called Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson (a black woman) a 'diversity hire' saying she wasn't qualified to serve on the court despite her extraordinary judicial experience. He was a vile racist, who was embraced by this administration, millions adore him and he was given a National Day of Remembrance and flags were lowered to half staff. Yet, the same wasn't done for Civil Rights leader (Rev. Jessie Jacskon). I won't ask why or how Charlie Kirk was embraced this way. I already know. So when I say that everything in America is about race. This is what I mean.
