According to Robert Williams, who spoke at length with Ho Chi Minh, he used to go to hear Marcus Garvey talk. He also thanked Williams for the ideas he got from the Black western Underground Railway in TN, KY etc, inherited from Indigenous people, which he applied to war tunnels.
