@TulsiGabbard It’s really great news, and I hope everything turns out well. Still, it’s hard not to notice how perfectly it all lines up from a PR standpoint when you look at the bigger picture.

My husband Abraham was diagnosed with a very rare sacral chordoma. The surgery to remove bone and surrounding tissue lasted almost seven hours and was successful. He had a rough night and is in a lot of pain but is finally home resting. Now recovery begins. We’re so grateful for the outpouring of prayers and kind messages from all of you. Our hearts are full. ❤️

@Avabelly__ You're bitching about noise at 10 am on a Saturday? Seriously?
English

To my neighbor who thought 10am on a Saturday was the perfect time to start installing sewer pipes in front of the house… I’ve got to admit, I was not prepared for that level of early morning construction. 😅
Some of us were definitely trying to sleep.
Waking up to loud banging and digging before noon on a weekend is… not ideal.
I’ve already reached out to the appropriate authorities about the noise, and I really hope it doesn’t continue, because weekends are supposed to be a bit more peaceful than that.
This used to be a pretty quiet neighborhood, so it’s been a bit of a shock seeing front yards turned into full construction zones with no real consideration for everyone else around.
Just feels like common courtesy has taken a bit of a backseat lately.

The left doesn’t intimidate anyone. They’re pathetic.
SurgePhilly@Surge_Philly
Leftist influencer, “JollyGoodGinger”, decided to cross the barricades during anti-ice protests and attempted to intimidate me. Jolly Good Ginger has used the same intimidation tactics against multiple conservative influencers and independent journalists. He has even made social media posts calling for “revolution” in the streets. Why can’t Jolly Good Ginger remain calm and have a civilized conversation?

I stood at this pool, at both monuments and saw both reflections…
He’s a God damn idiot, as are the fools that support him. The “Reflection Pool” wasn’t designed by American architect Henry Bacon a hundred years ago to look like a swimming pool. It’s designed to have a darkened characteristics that has reflective qualities to reflect the monuments.
That way, the Washington Monument is reflective to you when at the Lincoln Memorial, and when at the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial is reflective to you.
It’s designed to enhance the grandeur of monuments, create an illusion of reflection, and inclusion of expansive space of unity.
He’s a tacky vulgar person that vulgarizes everything he touches. America isn’t becoming great, it’s becoming vulgar.

@HunterBiden And you're a drug addict who basically fucked up the shit your father helped you get and turned yourself into a national punchline.

So let me get this straight.
Jake Tapper is focused on attacking my Mom.
Jared and Ivanka are building a private island paradise on Albanian protected land.
Don Jr married the daughter of Epstein’s banker, and a startup his fund backs just got a record $620M Pentagon loan.
Eric is taking an Israeli drone company public for $1.5B in the middle of a war with Iran that nobody wanted.
And I know: “But what about your paintings, Hunter?”
Please.

New statement from Scott Pelley:
There has never been anything in America like 60 Minutes.
The Sunday tradition is the most successful program of any kind in history. For more than a decade, its innovative growth on every major online platform has extended its reach to countless millions around the world. This spring, at the end of our 58thseason, 60 Minutes grew rapidly with an unheard-of 9% jump in viewers on CBS.
“60” has been the number-one program in America for decades because our beloved audience finds integrity, quality, and humanity in our stories. When stewardship of the program passed to my colleagues and me, our responsibility was to expand energetically into a new age of media technology while preserving the values our audience expects. Now, the new owner of our network is casting this legend aside, apparently to curry a moment of favor with the Trump administration.
The waste is heartbreaking.
Last month, 60 Minutes lost its DNA when our entire senior leadership and two of our best on-air correspondents were cruelly fired without cause. Good people were silenced because they stood up for our audience. They stood for fairness against the forces of political bias; they stood for professionalism against chaos.
For my part, new management has instructed me to inject falsehoods and bias into a politically sensitive story. I’ve been told to include assertions that are unverified. To date, in every case, I have managed to ignore these instructions or refuse them. Recently, politicians have been invited to choose correspondents for interviews on the broadcast. Giving politicians control over 60 Minutes interviews is not how this is done. Finally, incompetence and unprofessionalism in the new management have wreaked havoc. In a case involving one of my stories, the entire program came within 19 minutes of not getting on the air at all.
At 60 Minutes, we have fought harder than anyone knows to save the program that became an American icon. We owed that to our millions of viewers. I am deeply moved by the thousands of wishes we have received to “keep up the good fight.” Most of the men and women of CBS News are still in that fight. But now the collapse of values at the top has become untenable. The leadership of 60 Minutes is no longer recognizable. The principles I hold dear are gone, and so I must leave as well.
I depart after 37 years at CBS with one emotion—a heart brimming with gratitude for the men and women of CBS News who encouraged and enriched my work, very often at the risk of their own lives. I pray for a day when those people and their ideals are honored again—a day when sanity, competence, and courage return.

@TrumpsHurricane They both use the same Gold Bond medicated powder for chafing.

@shellenberger And after his self-aggrandizing lecture about how brave he was, lol.

CBS has fired “60 Minutes” correspondent Scott Pelley, and rightly so. He betrayed journalistic principles in platforming debunked science, in being closed-minded and dogmatic, and in behaving like a pompous ass. Good riddance.

Michael Shellenberger@shellenberger
"60 Minutes" is the most prestigious TV news program in America. But a new review of the last 20 years of its reporting reveals serious inaccuracies and partisan bias on immigration, transgenderism, climate change, Covid, Russiagate, the Hunter Biden laptop, and more.

@RBR9091 @MarkMadDogDavis Mark didn't wear the uniform and I'm pretty sure he's either completely lied about his supposed military service or embellished it.
You see, Mark was selling cabinets for Menard's the entire time he claims to have been in the Air Force.
English

@MarkMadDogDavis The only pedophile protector is any Democrat running for office anywhere in the country, you dumb mother fucker. You are a disgrace to the uniform if you ever wore one. You fucking coward. More likely it's just more stolen valor by yet another Democrat douchebag
English

@tlknshit @CollinRugg That didn't happen, but just keep inventing retarded lies to make yourself feel better.
English

@CollinRugg Sean struggles with his sexuality because he was raped by his own father. It probably confused him so now he's gotta take out his frustrations on LGBT people because he's insecure. Sad life.

UFC fighter Sean Strickland posts an AI video of himself beating up transgender Dylan Mulvaney to kick off Pride Month.
The video appeared to be a fake Bud Light ad.
"Ive yet to see one rainbow flag. We're back!!!" Strickland said.
"Say what you want about Trump but June has got far less gay," @SStricklandMMA said on X.

"You're f****** crazy. You'd be in prison if it weren't for me. I'm saving your a***. Everybody hates you now. Everybody hates Israel because of this."
That's what a U.S. official tells Axios President Trump unloaded on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a heated phone call over Israel's military actions in Lebanon.
Trump was reportedly furious that Israel's moves risked blowing up U.S. diplomatic efforts in the region, at one point also asking Netanyahu: "What the f*** are you doing?"
