You're going to lose sleep. You'll doubt whether it'll work. You'll stress to make ends meet. You won't finish your to-do list. You'll wonder whether you made the right call and have no way to know for years. This is what hard feels like and that's okay. Everything worth doing is hard and the more worth doing it is the harder it is. The greater the payoff, the greater the hardship. If it's hard - good - it means no one else will do it. More for you.

Amazon changed my life, but it’s not the only thing I do. Want to hear about the $2m D2C business I help run and operate? A recent interview I did with @CajuaRobinson and @joshua_dambman goes into more detail. They asked questions I’ve been wanting to answer on a podcast forever. Check it out here: youtube.com/embed/v1dE1Y4h…

If you’re an Amazon seller doing under $10,000 a month then you need to read this. I make no money from this post and the link is not affiliated. I found out over the weekend that Aura the repricer has a new secret tier of membership. This isn’t publicly available on their site anywhere. It’s available exclusively through the below link. You’re eligible if you do under $10,000 a month in sales. goaura.com/early-stage You get unlimited listings and access to the Aura AI, Maven. Price tag? $27 a month for up to a year. A no-brainer in my opinion and you’ll make your money back in a handful of sales. Not sure if or when they plan to launch this publicly but I know some people have already gotten access, so I wanted to make sure you all saw it now. I’ve been an Aura user for 5 years and will be for a long time. Hopefully this helps someone 🤝

Want to get better at sourcing A2A (Amazon to Amazon) flips? Here is a breakdown of two Keepa charts for products I have actually sourced in the last few months. ^ This is reactive, proactive, and OA purchase. Reactive: Amazon 3P sellers have kept this ASIN at $30+ for months, Amazon restocked at the retail price of under $10. You can catch these using Keepa deals (see my pinned tweet). I reacted to this price drop and purchased the maximum allowed on my account. Proactive: I added this ASIN to our tracking software, alternatively you can track this using Keepa tracking. The product restocked a half dozen more times, each time I purchased the maximum quantity allowed. I will continue to buy these restocks. OA: I googled the product, since at MSRP this product is profitable I can setup google alerts to tell me when this item restocks at retailers to grab more with OA. ^ This is a debundle and an OA purchase. This chart doesn't scream deal. The average price is just below $40 and the product dropped to $22.50. With fees and the bulkiness of shipping this is not a great return as a straight flip. However, this is a multi-pack unit. At $22.50 I was able to break this ASIN down into four separate smaller bundles, each of those bundles goes for $15 on Amazon. My flip went from $22.50 into $40 and is now a $5.65 into $15 flip, given me a much better 70% ROI in a non-returnable category. When you see straight price drops on charts we can also safely assume Amazon is price matching other retailer sales, in this case we googled the title and found the sale on Staples. Our buy cost then went from $22.50 on Amazon down to $20 with stacked coupons + some bonus CB. The beauty of A2A is the versatility it provides new and experienced sellers. You can grab the low hanging fruit of keepa deals, or leverage tracking and data to find products with low competition and risk. Start googling all your A2A leads and you've now added dozens of new OA sources to your daily leads funnel. As always don't hesitate to drop any comments below and I am happy to help. If you found this helpful please consider following @SaulSellsStuff for more posts similar to this. Thanks!

One of my best selling categories on Amazon is breakables. This is glass, collectibles, drinkware, etc. They sell for great margins with low competition. Here’s how you can pack these items to ensure they don’t break in transit to maximize sales and minimize returns. The double box. Amazons rules don’t allow you to ship a box in a box because they will not open both to get to your product. However! We are going to treat the second box as our product for them to store and ship. Here’s how it works. Carefully pack your fragile item in a form fitting box. This box should be a single color (ideally brown or white). You’re going to pack each individual sku in its own box. For example if we are selling a pair of wine glasses. You’d pack each pair in its own box. If we had 6 pairs that would mean 6 individual boxes. You can use bubble wrap, craft paper, or air bubbles to ensure it’s snug. Do not use packing peanuts. Next tape these individual boxes closed. These should now be treated as your product. Your unique FNSKU will go on the outside of the boxes along with a sticker that says “Ready To Ship”. When packing your shipping box to send to Amazon you’ll place these small boxes inside of it. When Amazon receives your product they will scan and treat these smaller individual boxes as the shippable product and store it at the warehouse without opening it. A tip to help make this process easier: When pre packing your items notate what’s inside your box with pen or a marker so you can quickly sticker them later. I have included some pictures of what the small boxes will look like as you pack them and then once they are snug in the larger shipping box, along with some item types this works for. As always don’t hesitate to ask any questions in the comments and I’m happy to help.
