@cexplorer_io I don't think they should not do the 600 delegation because it's difficult. This is easily manageable for an org like CF / IOHK. Honestly could solve it by API calls.

About minFee 340. I think it is important and should not be lower for the sake of the network. However. There is one partial solution. CF doesn't have to delegate nonsensically ~15M/pool. They would be able to give over 600 pools a long term 1M stake. Why don't they do it?

Such small quantities are delegated by the @InputOutputHK, which I think is the right and smart way to go. After all, I always find the IOG steps sensible and I like Cardano because of IOG.
