Trap is a staple in many offenses especially the Wing-T. Here are 2 examples: 1. Trap to the Jet Motion and what we called "Back" away from the Jet Motion.

@koontzjr_ Practice time. I thought we were better off running power, sweep and buck-outside instead spending that same time into regular buck. Same teaching time, but we added more plays and created more answers.

Wing-T coaches on this app — I always hear that buck sweep is an “expensive” play, but have yet to hear it explained as to why it’s an expensive play. What’s the reasoning behind that claim?
