I want to be clear - I’m not really into multiculturalism for its own sake, but I do value British acceptance of different faiths and beliefs, and I respect British values. I do enjoy joining in sometimes - for example, I’ve celebrated Chinese New Year for fun with my family , though I don’t always post it on social media. I very much appreciate my own faith and traditions, and I love taking part in Christian celebrations like Easter. After all, shouldn’t our King also be celebrating and sharing in these traditions? I think it’s nice to honour your own culture and faith while also respecting others.
