We are carrying c.£60m in debt with negligible assets. A significant shock (Iran?) to Thohir's businesses leaves us in a bad place.

@barxthefourth @KieranMaguire Yeah. Tbh probably think there should be caps and it should be the same caps for every club, that way it’s how you recruit and how you spend the money you actually have. If everyone had the same budget then it would create a far more interesting league overall.

@barxthefourth @KieranMaguire Get your point but let’s face it, teams in the premier league are losing £50-60m a year and nobody bats an eyelid. It will never be a fair playing field, the parachute payments have seen to that, so wealthy owners have to make up the gap.
