@NFLCharean The Previous record was set when USA hosted the World CUP in 1994, that was last time FIFA Had 24 teams. Between the years 1998 to 2022, the 32 teams didn't break the record. So yes, having 48 teams mean more fans, but it doesn't tell why the 32 teams never broke the record.

Yes, the World Cup has set an attendance record already. But there are 48 teams instead of 32 and 104 matches instead of 64. More matches and thus more fans.

@Praise_Ffs Football doesn't always work like that. Both players best position is the left side or wing of the attack. Mbappe isn't a pure no. 9 so he often goes to left to be in the game. It will very interesting to see how they work next season but I am expecting the same.
