Insane, Roblox just said publicly that a “highly engaged player” is someone who has spent a considerable amount of money on the platform in the last 60 days.
Genuinely insane. This explains why highly monetized games are hitting it so much faster.

@FZPhobiia @abhi_developerz It was almost instant like, idk when we passed the 500 requirement, but I was at school, so at like 3 PM, and then in the evening at like 7–8 PM it was already 600 CCU.

For one of our brand new games we just launched I have spent $370 on ads and we only have 70 out of 500, despite having 30k+ visits.

It looks like Roblox is restricting all games to Ages 16+ by default. To reach younger players your game needs at least 500 unique age-verified 16+ players in the past 30 days. Otherwise your game stays locked to Ages 16+
