Yet couldn’t have they just reused the cache that the server and client already make independently? And then just rip the exported types from there? Or am I just yapping about something completely different? 😭

I saw the discussion about type checking in classes. The motivation makes sense, but I think this will introduce the risk of circular dependencies and add another issue developers will have to deal with. I won't lie, this decision seems necessary because of how the type checker works today. Personally, I'd prefer the new class format for now, especially if it comes with proper type checking, even with the trade-off of potential circular dependencies. That said, I'd still try to avoid making this change if possible. I have a few ideas that might help.

Nitro-only uppercase usernames coming to Discord? Discord is currently running a private survey dedicated to server admins to gather feedback on a potential username change. According to the survey, only users subscribed to Nitro would be allowed to use uppercase characters in their handles. After Nitro expires, usernames would revert back to lowercase after a grace period. While this feature is being considered, it might raise concerns about handle theft and whether scammers will abuse similar characters like I (uppercase i) -> l (lowercase L) for phishing.
