Um Ammar, 65, receives free care and essential medication for diabetes and blood pressure at the @SYRedCrescent Al‑Alamein clinic in #Hama. She's one of 3,667 people served there in 2026, with support from the @ICRC @ICRC_sy.

“This project helped me regain part of what the war took from me” In rural Daraa, Basel lost both legs in the conflict but kept supporting his family through a small sweets stall. Through @ICRC & @SyRedCrescent livelihoods initiative, he expanded it into a stable income source.

The @ICRC launched a workshop on "Protecting Essential Service Providers and Facilitating Their Safe Access During Conflict in Urban Areas" in partnership with the @SyrMOfE, @SyRedCrescent, and @rodekorsnorge with participation from key Syrian ministries.

The @ICRC, with the @SYRedCrescent , provided emergency support to ensure an uninterrupted water supply in Ain al-Arab/Kobani. Urgent electrical cables replaced damaged ones at two pumping stations, securing safe, continuous water access for around 400,000 people.

Mines and explosive ordnance continue to threaten civilians daily, even after conflict ends. Don’t touch, don’t approach, and share this message, it could save a life. #International_Mine_Awerness_Day

🚑 The @SYRedCrescent teams responded to injuries resulting from an accident on the Homs-Tartous road, provided first aid to 7 cases at the scene, and transferred 5 of them to Talkalakh Hospital.

With support from the @IFRC_DREF, immediate relief efforts are being mobilised to ensure families can access essential assistance, including shelter support and urgent needs. Early and flexible funding makes rapid response possible when communities need it most.
