Any messaging platform; instagram, facebook, snapchat, iMessages etc. This is a behavior thing where people are intentionally prioritizing things over a S/O without explicitly telling them. This then elicits responses like that.

You’re not obligated to go through all your apps and check any time you fire off a tweet

How regularly are you obligated to check? Do you have to check ALL your social media apps equally frequently, or does it vary?

It’s typically just brief outbursts of anxiety and depressive thoughts, and actually blocking them would be cruel & wouldn’t solve anything. In other cases, it’s part of emotional manipulation tactics, trying to force guilt
