Tbh I don't think Helia is optimal now, because it gets charges based on damage dealt and she should be making W then doing 200 damage in teamfights.
Diadem, Shurelia, Ardent, Moonstone all better imo. Helia is optimal for higher damage champs.

Riot said theyre willing to bring back items but Im assuming Radiant/Gargoyle or Anathema too OP but what about Evenshroud or Adaptive Helm? These items were pretty cool imo. Immobilize specific effect for damage for yourself and team!
