Under Biden, she consistently opposed FISA 702 reauthorizations without warrant requirements and major reforms—like the 2024 bill—and voted against them, just as she's doing now.

The bill does not enhance privacy protection.

Ro Khanna wasn't in Congress during Obama-era FISA reauthorizations (first elected 2016).
Under Biden, he voted **NO** on the 2024 Section 702 reauthorization (H.R. 7888).
In that House vote, 59 Democrats joined him in voting no (out of ~212 total Democrats). Senate had 17 Democrats voting no.
His opposition to warrantless surveillance has been consistent across administrations.
