Having worked at @mcsoaz, this is nothing short of greed & corruption from the Monitor. They have no incentive to stop & continue disregarding the improvements @mcsoaz has made at serving the community. Kudos to @ThomasGalvin, the board & @Rachel1Mitchell for stepping up. Enough

“We need to move on” The monitor has a financial incentive to continue his federal oversight. The situation was put in place by someone who has three sheriffs ago. The system worked in the sense that the voters handled the situation. Not the federal monitor. He has made over $30 million dollars off of Maricopa County taxpayers.
