Should I purchase FSD Supervised for my 2026 @Tesla Model Y Performance [with AP] or just pay subscription ? If it had HW4, I would have just subscribe. However, if HW4.5 does mean that it comes with 3 chips and larger RAM ... I may regret not buying. Please share your thoughts.

It will. The cost of increasing the input layer has a quadratic cost on memory bandwidth as you have to do a cross product across all the input params for each layer. Moving this into its own memory transformer has the effect of using the same memory waaaay more efficiently from a memory bandwidth perspective. Combine this with TurboQuant and that impact is further increased. Adding a reasoning model allows you to have a wider vs a taller model. Tall models suffer from the cross product, wide models suffer from a time penalty. There is a balancing act they need to perform; however, I don’t think this is done yet. Hopefully @aelluswamy shocks @elonmusk when it’s done ;) Thanks for the great questions Chicken!

I support removal of all military aids to Israel, Ukraine, Egypt and Jordan. Enough paying protection to keep the defense contractors happy. Enough of letting other countries decide for Israel, what they can do to protect its citizens. Israel is a regional power, let it prosper !

America should not fight regime-change wars for foreign countries when the outcomes are not likely, plausible, or in the best interest of America. If Israel wants to act fully independently militarily, then it needs to be fully independent and get off this $3 billion-a-year memorandum with America. I’ve been saying this for a while: the best path forward for both Israel and America, strategically, economically, and politically, is to end American aid to Israel and let Israel produce its own weapons and defense systems. We can still collaborate on military projects, technology, and defense advancement, but we need to get off this outdated aid deal. It hurts both countries. It was meant to bolster a young Israel decades ago so it could compete with its neighbors. At one point, American aid made up a significant share of Israel’s government budget and defense spending. That is not the case anymore. Israel is now a regional power. End the aid deal. Find a new way forward that is beneficial for both countries. It currently does more harm than good for both.

JUST IN: In late February 2026, two weeks into the Iran war, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan picked up a phone in Abu Dhabi and called Benjamin Netanyahu. Iran had fired 563 missiles and 2,256 drones at the United Arab Emirates, more than any other country in the region, more than Israel itself. Emirati air defenses were saturated. MBZ asked for help. Netanyahu ordered the Israel Defense Forces to deliver a complete Iron Dome battery, dozens of interceptors, and several dozen IDF operators to UAE soil. The system was operating in Abu Dhabi within days. It intercepted dozens of Iranian missiles. Axios reported yesterday afternoon that it remains in country. This is the first time in the seventy-seven year history of the State of Israel that the IDF has deployed an active combat air defense system to defend an Arab capital. It is the first time the Iron Dome has been used outside Israel or the United States since it became operational in 2011. The Tamir interceptor, designed by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems to protect Israeli population centers from rocket fire originating in Gaza and southern Lebanon, was built in 2007 to defend Sderot from Hamas Qassam rockets. It was deployed in 2026 to defend Abu Dhabi from Iranian Shahed drones and Fattah ballistic missiles. There is no precedent for this. The detail that breaks the story open is the timing. Only @JasonCammisa can explain the importance, significance & marvel that the @Tesla Model S was & why so many of us just love that car. So sad to see it going away forever. 😢
