@MsJackieMiller Before reading your scholarly source, I did not make the connection between teacher efficacy and Bandura's social learning theory. After reading the article, I recognize the connection. As an educator, I am constantly learning from the social interactions I have with my students

@Teacherof5th1 I appreciate how this post provides an explanation of how to apply social learning theory to eLearning. It mentions providing students with opportunities to perform with others and it suggests gamification leaderboards. This made me think of @quizizz and @Kahoot. #6711SM6

@SportyMorty2 I can see how this popular source can be applied to K-12 learning specifically where it discusses Bandura, Vygotsky, and Krumboltz views on social learning. This source benefited me as an educator by clearly stating the pros and cons of social learning. #6711SM6

Check out this popular source I found on social learning theory! valamis.com/hub/social-lea… It focuses on implementing in organizations, but it can easily be applied to K-12 learning. This article discusses what social learning theory is, benefits, disadvantages, and more!#6711SM6

This popular source discusses Bandura's Social Learning Theory and how people learn from one another through observation, imitation, and modeling. It describes the necessary conditions for modeling and discusses "reciprocal determinism". #6711SM6 learning-theories.com/social-learnin…

@SportyMorty2 @edtechnet I agree that this article does a great job comparing the traditional classroom to the constructivist classroom. What I appreciate about this article is how it includes examples of constructivist classroom activities such as reciprocal teaching, PBL, and cooperative learning.

@Educator2021 @edutopia When reading over the cognitive strategies that help students retain information, I noticed the article had a major emphasis on questioning. Higher-order questions are important to push students' thinking and get students to explain how they came to their conclusion. #6711SM4

@Teach2Inspire99 I used this popular source as well in my discussion this week. What stood out to me in this source was the application of cognitive learning theory when it discusses students' comprehension and explains how they came up with their answers.

@SportyMorty2 When looking at your scholarly article, what stuck out to me was how it related recent COVID 19 digital learning environments to the continuum of student learning. As technology is evolving students are working more and more on digital learning environments. #6711SM4

@SportyMorty2 One thing that stood out to me in this article is the names of resources that can be implemented right away. One resource mentioned was #Classdojo. There are several teachers in my school that love this app. I may give it a try!
