Is there anything more detrimental to middle class car dependent America than a 2x increase in gas prices? I paid $2.29 fairly recently around Christmas. Now it’s $3.99 and the increase in diesel prices is a tax on groceries and other goods. All because we have to bomb Iran.

@treblewoe @Based_Dissident Trump is doing great domestically which is why my local Sam’s Club continues to feel more and more like the third-world each visit, gas is $4, my grocery bill continues to explode, and many young White men I know are still unable to find meaningful employment.

That innocuous statement I made about Luke Nichols of the “Outdoor Boys” YouTube channel is probably going to get 1M impressions. But why did I say it?
What I said is based on his goodbye/hostage video from last year, where he explained why he was quitting YouTube. His wife and him were starting to have concerns about privacy and safety. Okay, fine.
So did he take his videos down? No. Did he nuke his channels? No. Did he unplug entirely to live a quiet life like PewDiePie? No.
Luke has gotten 7M more subscribers since he made this video, for a total of 19.4M. Everything is still up. More people are seeing his content and are becoming aware of him. And he’s also helping his kids with their channels! If you’re concerned about privacy and safety, that’s just not something you would do.
So when someone’s actions don’t match their words, there must be some other reason for it. I think the most logical reason is that his wife didn’t like all the attention he was getting. 🤷♂️
(Also, there are a lot of weird jump cuts in his video. I did not add those. I’m not sure why this simple video had to be spliced together.)

I just had bloodwork done for the first time.
I’ve been training pretty hard consistently for the past 2 decades and for a few months prior to this I intentionally tightened up my diet and added some cardio in order to get my body fat percentage down with the intention of promoting healthier hormone levels.
In that time I lost about 13lbs. I’m now sitting at 204lbs and 13% BF. All observable metrics should point to me having a more than healthy testosterone level.
In reality, I’m sitting under 500ng/dl.
It’s so over.

@MJTruthUltra We did it with massive amounts of labor. The problem is our current farming system couldn’t adapt quickly. 1 farmer doing thousands of acres. I’m on the side of banning, but it’s not easy.

@SBakerMD What do you think about bpc-157, lots of guys at jui jitsu use it for injuries and seem to get pretty quick healing. Is a good diet just as effective? The peptide is pretty expensive and you need to inject it, all not ideal. Mostly shoulder injury

You could spend your money on peptides, pills, shots, supplements, magic waters, and other drugs to try and feel better
Or you could just stop treating your body like garbage can, eat decent food, sleep like an adult and get regular exercise and sunshine

@lbeers37 @pattyrickk I was thinking that too, the lighter weight allows the lesser muscles to carry the load. There is also a certain amount of thinking about the muscle that helps.

@pattyrickk This is actually a rare csse of using too light of a weight. Increase the weight and the larger muscle group (pecs) will activate. Keep shoulders retracted and focus on pushing your back through the bench.
