Notice that he does not deny doxxing people when pressed by one of his friends, but rather only that he didn’t dox me. That wasn’t the bombshell that I dropped. 🤷‍♂️

The new revelations keep coming in, fast and furious. @HilaireNereus admits that he didn't know if he had shared my private information in DMs, because he didn't know you could search DMs. Now that he knows you can do that, he's confirmed that he never shared my information in DM groups. Sure thing... But the bigger bombshell is that he's actually admitting to the fact that he's shared the private information of so many people that he can't recall specifically who he has doxxed or not. Because if you haven't doxxed 𝑎𝑛𝑦𝑜𝑛𝑒 in DM groups, you wouldn't question in your own mind, "Have I doxxed this Defiant Baptist guy in DMs or not? I really don't recall." Whoops!

@jdpritchett @DefiantBaptist If you make a comparison, you have to have a similar direct object in the statement. Women were fundamentally different back then in every way. Society was vastly different. Fallacy of nunc pro tunc

I watched the full two hour interview of Gavin Ortlund by Lila Rose, so that you don’t have to. Below is a theological liberal supercut: 1) Ortlund and Rose both attended Ruslan KD’s “Bless God Summit.” I’m not against all conferences, but no serious person should be partnering with someone as compromised as Ruslan KD. 2) Ortlund agreed with Rose’s toxic empathy perspective for evildoers, where she tries to imagine baby murderers as misunderstood children. Ortlund also added the Imago Dei to the discussion, of course. 3) Ortlund promoted ecumenism at the “Bless God Summit” between Protestant, Catholic, and Eastern Orthodox. 4) Ortlund said the one and only thing he’d ask Martin Luther about was antisemitism, of course. 5) After correctly pointing out that women shouldn’t be pastors, Ortlund immediately took shots at masculinity and promoted the “servant-leadership” idea that originates from complementarian theology. 6) Ortlund said that Tim Keller was his favorite apologist, a now deceased woke false teacher. This interview did nothing to salvage Gavin Ortlund as a conservative theologian. The more he talks, the more his true colors shine through like a rainbow flag. Link: youtu.be/sbHZ5JT8_JU

@AlmostReformed5 My brother in Christ, you need to catch up. Among other heresies, Tim Keller popularized Side B theology and handpicked Sam Allberry to be a part of TGC. How'd that work out?

@MikeG04782097 I think it's pretty open and shut. I'm not opposed to working with Catholics to accomplish common goals, but that's something far different than flattening out theological differences.

@DefiantBaptist Thanks, I just found the clip from Ruslan's channel where he said Trent Horn was his brother in Christ and that the discussion was not a debate, clearly Papists and Protestants speaking together at the same conference affirming each other as brothers that is for sure ecumenical.

FLASHBACK: Last year when theological liberal @gavinortlund was being attacked for his old earth views, @RuslanKD came to the aid of his favorite Calvinist. Not only that, Ruslan fully adopted Gavin’s perspective of God grading on a curve when it comes to biblical orthodoxy. As long as you can find an otherwise solid theologian in the past that taught your liberal viewpoint, you’re in the clear! You might even be able to define yourself as a fundamentalist. Both Ruslan and Gavin miss the point here. We aren’t saying you’re damned or a wolf based on a single liberal position. Rather, we’re pointing that out as a red flag in your theology, which may be indicative of other liberal perspectives. So in Ortlund’s case: ~he’s a soft complementarian, emphasis on soft ~he views universalism as a secondary issue for Christians ~he views homosexuality as a secondary issue for Christians, as long as it’s “monogamous” ~he believes in a local (regional) flood of Noah ~he believes in some form of theistic evolution ~he believes the Catholic gospel saves ~he attends a church with a gay pastor and a gay-affirming pastor, along with Russell Moore Theologians in the past (especially the 19th century) caved on old earth and evolution but remained orthodox everywhere else. That’s not a license for us to adopt their errors in the present! In conclusion, Ortlund is a wolf (false teacher) because of the cumulative number of errors and heresies that he teaches, not because of any one issue. P.S. “Young Earth” isn’t new. James Ussher (1581-1656) calculated that the universe was created in 4004 BC, based on the genealogies in Genesis. Link: youtu.be/3D_WcI79jfI

@DefiantBaptist If Ortland is a “theological liberal” what do we do with the actual theological liberals?

@ReformedRap You missed the point of the video and went straight to accusing me of hypocrisy. You can't accuse me of hypocrisy with respect to Joel when you don't even know what the issues are with Ruslan. Do your homework, no skimming.

Good. Short of wishing Megan Basham a soft landing, it could not be more well deserved, nor could it happen soon enough. The Daily Wire is the last bastion of exploitative, Screw You Conservatism, the rightwing of Uniparty Establishmentarian political thought that tells us it’s our patriotic duty to serve an economic order and managerial class that has overseen America’s decline for 70 years. Like all establishment orgs, it will maintain relevance to incumbent politicians a good decade after it loses all relevance to voters, but that’s an acceptable price for getting to watch its agonizingly slow, influence-bleeding, capital-hemorrhaging death. It marketed itself as the next generation of boomer politics, and it will die with them. Good riddance.
New York Magazine@NYMag

There was a time, not very long ago, when Ben Shapiro could reasonably call himself the king of all conservative media. That’s all over now, writes political columnist Ross Barkan. Shapiro’s company, ‘The Daily Wire,’ is instituting significant layoffs. Its YouTube channel’s subscriber base is starting to shrink, and its website has emerged as one of the great traffic losers in conservative media. There are ‘Daily Wire’ YouTube videos that now, after a few days online, have less than 10,000 views, a catastrophically small number for a channel with more than 3 million subscribers. The top comments all mock the low view counts. “If a variety of poor business decisions can be blamed, in part, for the ‘Daily Wire’’s fall from grace — ill-fated investments in feature films, an epic fantasy series, and peculiar merchandise — the greater story is the collapse of Shapiro’s constituency,” writes Barkan. “There are two realities to Shapiro conservatism in 2026: It retains a significant foothold among Republican elites, and it is fast being rejected by the future grassroots of the party.” Read more: nymag.visitlink.me/KtpIKV

Skimmed through some of it, all I've found so far is these guys are all about "platform" and they treat Catholics like they're "our cousins". Dude, how is Joel Webbon any different? Joel Webbon literally did a 10 episode series with a Nazi Roman Catholic influencer... and you're hearing accusing Ortlund of being too "ecumenical"??

@DefiantBaptist Gavin doesn't need to ask Martin Luther anything. Martin Luther clearly articulated his position in Vom Schem Hamphoras. Instead of slandering Luther, @gavinortlund could spend ten minutes and read the Toledot Yeshu, a blasphemous work about Christ that Luther tore apart.

@DefiantBaptist That's always how kinism works. It's like the word racism which is just a tool to keep White people from acting in their own self interest.

@DefiantBaptist Everyone should go read Luther’s banned book. In the first two parts, he’s literally just expositing scripture. When he wrote the third part, he was clearly fired up, but again, cites scripture the whole time.
