I have been a long time user and fan of @TheInfinitLoop. I wasted years on bad nutrition plans. They ask a handful a questions and you can customize your solution. It's not cheap relative to some other options on the market, but I swear by it. But again, nutrition is highly personalized and you do have to try a lot of things to figure out what works for you. Also make sure you are doing proper post workout nutrition. That's another way in which you can create a huge deficit for yourself. Fwiw, salt tablets never really worked for me. I found them to be annoying to deal with when I could just get it sorted out with my liquid nutrition. Data point of one.

Runners, I need your help! Training for my first marathon. Have started the 15-20 mile long runs... Every time, I get nauseous at ~15 mi. I'm fueling and my HR is low. I don't feel tired – just as if I'm carsick. My runner friends said they've never felt this. Any thoughts?!
