@PowerTripBets While Wally took a good step forward this year, he's been pretty mediocre the second half of the season. Check out his comp stats - they're not great. Gus has performed better and deserves to start the series IMO.

@1nDoneOptimizer I definitely understand saving him for later in the season, but like you mentioned, also want to use him when he's playing well because that could change in a month or two. Tough call to make...

@TheRealJLofgren It’s a good question. He’s pushing 50% ownership on the season, but people who still have him will probably want to strike while he’s hot. I already used him but if I didn’t, I’d be looking to save him for a high leverage opp late in the season.

@GopherPuckLive What's holding back the roster limit size from increasing?

I count 12 current players that will be returning next season. With a limit of 26, there will be 14 new players on the roster. Will the roster limit get increased? I know a lot of coaches want that to happen. Can they get that done before next season?

We are anticipating that at least 7 Gophers will enter the transfer portal tomorrow. (maybe more?) Forwards: Erik Påhlsson August Falloon Jimmy Clark Graham Harris Defense: Leo Gruba Max Rud Axel Begley We have heard that Finn McLaughlin could be the 8th guy, but we have heard some conflicting info on that. But I do not think that would be a surprise if it ends up happening. Are there others that we have not heard about yet? We will just have to wait and see what tomorrow brings when the portal opens up. One thing is for sure... The team will have A LOT of new faces come October.
