@robert_turow I think it will be good for the teams that are always young. But a lot of teams that have been older in the last 10 years are really not going to like this.

@GopherPuckLive Maybe. But it's not good to spend 2 years out of school because D1 teams artificially are old.

The NCAA wants 5 in 5 and they do not care about any other sport besides Football & Basketball. This will have huge ramifications on College and Junior hockey. UPDATE: Grant Potulny, Jamie Tardif, and Paul Mara have been relieved of their coaching duties with the Hartford Wolf Pack.

@robert_turow Most go straight to juniors for 2 years after graduation. The thought is that they still need that 2 years, but will instead leave HS after their junior year to play those 2 years. So we could easily have the high end seniors leave HS hockey a year early.
