@Davesy22 @MoviePass I couldn’t agree more with this! It wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t charged already. I’ve basically paid a fee for a piece of plastic that I can’t do anything with... NOT a good start to this service.

@mitch__lowe Movie Pass has been a nightmare! Charged for my first month, I get a card, then the app doesn’t allow me to check into movies, and directs me to a non-existent customer support team. What gives?

@MoviePass The best everyone can do right now is to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I takes about 5-10 minutes. They need to be aware of this “business.”

@kickstarter Hey, it seems to be that your app is completely broken after the new update on iOS. App crashes anytime I try to open a campaign. Very strange.
