I always keep a little raw honey and sea salt on me. It’s one of the simplest ways I support my nervous system through the day. I take a little hit anytime I feel a little low, pre/intro workout, during deep work and on bountiful days full of projects.

You wanna hear something strange? it's 6 AM I woke up at 55 5 AM and just as I was turning my phone back on from airplane mode, I had just looked out the window and saw that we have semi blue skies again. I have not seen multiple blue sky days in a row, in Maine, since last year and the year before that, but every time that happened something majorly destructive/deadly happened in a different location. Right when I opened up X I was just finishing mentioning to my Father that North Carolina, Florida and Texas's major events, that happened in the last few years, all happened directly after those multi blue sky days in maine. Here's the crazy part, the first post I see is my fellow radew exposer mentioning something funky happening with texas, almost simultaneously as I was mentioning Texas in my prayer to my Father. I don't watch the radars as much as I used to but that's a lot of coincidences noticed within 10 minutes of waking up at 5:55 AM. I hope these blue skies are just us being microwaved but if these blue skies mean what they meant a year or two ago, someone in the Midwest or south, southeast, is on the target list. I encourage everyone to Google their state, their county or any other location where they reside, work or own property, and search to see if they have found precious metals used in modern technology/batteries, anywhere near you. If there's been any precious metal finds, check to see if corporations have already tried to buy the rights, and especially look for citizens who stood up against them and said no. I say this because we have a consistent track record of citizens standing up to these corporations about not mining these metals or having access to these natural resources, and shortly after, those places are wiped off the map with weather warfare. I'm not saying be afraid, just educate yourself and be prepared. The great thing about our enemy is they always tell us what they're gonna do, they're not very creative, we just need to start listening to them when they tell us they're gonna do terrible things to us or learn from the terrible things they continuously do to us over and over. love you all, mercy grace and blessings.

@Tallowtwins Tapioca, vanilla pudding, ice cream, breakfast casserole, yolks in chocolate milk... it's a good problem to have but omgoodness. Maybe I'll set some aside in fridge for couple weeks for deviled eggs. I used to water glass them but I don't have room now.

Here's the thing. We handed Trump everything. On a golden platter. We gave him the House. We gave him the Senate.
