Friends, take a look at the condition of UPSC… All these people are becoming IAS officers by choosing the Urdu language, and their answer sheets are checked by people from their own community. The Urdu option in UPSC should be stopped… otherwise in the future, all of th#em will promote the movement of Ghazwa-e-Hind.

Crazy how fast the rupee is falling! RBI won't be able to fully stop it, it's depreciating at an alarming rate. 8.67% fall even beats FD returns, forget inflation. This will create a domino effect, hitting many industries beyond our imagination. Most people are still clueless about the broader impacts if this slide continues or accelerates. It's a bloodbath everywhere, anyone have a good plan to protect wealth?

Baby boomers aren't selling their homes & why would they? They paid $120,000 for a home 25+ years ago, owe $0 & have $550k+ of equity. "Downsizing" means they'd need to buy something for $450k + take on a 6.5% loan. ...Many won't move & this will keep inventory low.
