I built a library that enables any Vite React SPA or NextJS app to support multiple themes in under 5 minutes of setup, with animated transitions Inspired by the multi-theme setup of tweakcn by @iamsahaj_xyz You can also animate theme transitions in React apps in ~5 LOC.

New version of ui-theme now supports Tanstack Start and server components. Multiple themes, animated theme transitions and zero flash npm i [@]ui-theme/web
Tanner Linsley@tannerlinsley

Finally, @Tan_Stack Start now supports React Server Components! Start's RSCs are a truly fetchable, cacheable and composable primitive that work with your favorite tools instead of dictating your entire architecture. Oh, and one more thing... "Composite Components" 😉 🔗⬇️🧵

Ignore these fools Called, no response. Sent a WhatsApp message and eventually got a response after a 27hrs. Asked for a quote, got told I have to bring all the patients siblings for compatibility testing at 400k per sibling; then I'll pay for consultation to see the doctor, to get advice before proceeding. I asked for a simple estimated quote to work towards, gave the same rubbish response.

I think I'll mostly share about my career and give REAL tips, not all these lousy "know where you're going in 5 years" kinda tips. My career has been a funny one. I wasn't particularly good at programming or any specific tech field. I remember my then manager saying, "why not just finish up x or y, instead of asking questions." What I was and am good at was solving problems that had to do in Systems. Don't worry, even if the technical problem cuts across unrelated domains, pull me in, and leave me there for 6 hours, you'll find a solution. At first, I thought that was problematic. It was at Microsoft, my mentor said I should not feel bad about "being everywhere" and should embrace it. That's what gave me the mindset I now possess. I got into the best role of my career as CTO literally by a referral by a friend to her boss. They had given some guy more than 100 million naira to deliver on a project that was a bit complex. After months and plenty excuses, in her boss' distraught state, my friend told her, "I know someone that can solve this." That's how I got in, in an organisation I can't name because of my village people. What's the REAL, no BS tip here? If you're confused about your career or thinking you should stick to SOMETHING, don't. Embrace the confusion, it's leading you somewhere great.

This tweet summarises Nigeria in a nutshell, when figures are involved, nothing makes sense and there's inconsistencies everywhere. This photo, bonus is calculated to a max of 50% of BASE COMPENSATION, but base compensation is 74M, so it doesn't track, compared to the first. Either falsified figures or an inept person is handing out contracts for a big company. I'm not surprised though, we're in Nigeria afterall.

There's Data on your profile so I can assume you work in or at least have something to do with analysing data. I really mean this in the nicest way possible. Goto the first photo from Salako; look at what gross (yearly or monthly) the bonus is calculated against. Goto the new photo, look at what it is calculated against.

@UnkleAyo I think it’s actually correct. What is displayed here is the gross annual (#74,482,758.62). Monthly gross will be - #6,206,896.552 70% of this is the exact amount stated in this document as the year-end bonus - #4,344,827.586

I've tried to engage this particular conversation with as much decorum as possible but since you're out to sling adhominems. I'll start by saying - Ayo Bankole, you're an idiot. A moronic imbecile, at that. If your brain cells are not replaced with fecal matter, you would have seen that I responded to this particular screenshot this morning, you this unfortunate guttersnipe. This is the same defence of foolishness you put up when NordCEO was demanding for increase import tax. This nonsense PR screenshot you're circulating, can you not see the inconsistencies? Look at the figures for utility, medical, training, leave allowances. Look at the gross and look performance bonus. Then look at the ending paragraph. Is 4.3M 70% equivalent of gross salary? Or basic salary? Everything to you idiots, is "clout driven" and pulling people down. If a brand positioning as global, is making bold claims that they cannot attract the talents they want. It should not be in question that they can pay unquestionably well across, all strata. Why wouldn't you compare them with traditional banks and their payment flow. Because you guttersnipes are used to slavery masked as contract employment. You put droves of tattered marketers on the streets to meet unreasonable demands. You travel abroad, is that how they structure contract staff? The conversation is not a question of how much company directors earn. What is entry level salary across marketing, sales, engineering? What is the global pay they're scheduling for the quest of global talents? So we should ignore the pay structure of a quality assurance employee but we should focus on your executive PR screenshot. You are mad.

“Tosin is a builder, but probably not a scaler” 🤣🤣 I’m sorry Johnmark, but you’re loud and wrong. You do not have the domain experience to define what a scaler.
Johnmark Obiefuna@jayhemz

If it were the case that they didn't have the money to pay up, it's understandable. Bro, they have the money, they have massive funding. Why not just pay up and stop all the Ted talks? @paystack and @Andela were 2 of 2 mahn. I still remember the Andela bootcamp where guys are still doing exploits till date. Tosin is a builder, but probably not a scaler. He needs someone that should work on this next level of Moniepoint's growth. Talking about "hookup culture" like a retired beer parlour gossip isn't what is expected of a Unicorn Founder. Just chew the humble pie biko.

Lol, @hackSultan is cool. I think he has done more for the Tech talent pipeline than Tosin and moniepoint have altogether. But you should have at least allowed me to disagree with some of your points first, like Tosin not being a scaler. I think he has done well in that regard especially for a business that is primarily operating in the economic landscape of Nigeria. I wholeheartedly disagree with his interview but two things can be correct.

John your points are valid, no mainstream retail or SaaS product uses monnify, people who do mostly use them for the banking bits. The point about them being very Nigeria-focused is well documented as well. And to tie it all together, your initial tweet was a direct comparison to paystack. So I actually agree with you.

@TonyEdgal @hackSultan The context are in two parts. 1. Have you used it? 2. Relative to Paystack's and Flutterwave's APIs, how do they compare? Please let's not focus on other things that are not in context.

Did some research and it turns out that they do in fact have an API that you can plug into with Monnify and are quoted to be neck in neck with paystack for web payments. Whether this is a knock on effect of pos transfers at their multiple outlets being classed as web payment I'm not sure. I will be honest, I have only seen the monnify checkout once in a mainstream product I cannot remember now, but I'm pretty sure it now uses paystack because all the web settlement products I use, default to paystack except bamboo and flutterwave.

Soon as I saw Myles Lewis Skelly turn on the ball, I fell to my knees in front of the field. Zubimendi has not turned once this season.

Myles Lewis-Skelly, take a bow. Somedays the stars just align for you. Today was his day. Then I hear that he only found out he was starting in midfield just before the match. Excellent man management, didn't want him to put unnecessary pressure on himself.

They want a young player getting pelters for poor performances, for the first time in his career, whilst also having to deal with the pressure of being a third choice to two excellent footballers ahead of him in his position, to be thrown head first into a premier league midfield. Then when he plays rubbish because he wasn't ready for it, they'll be the first to throw stones. Silly people.

@TonyEdgal Very dishonest. Zubi and MLS are not mates. They won't allow the boy grow in peace. This was the same thing they did with Ainsley Maitland Niles before he ended up where he is. He's going to be fine if he stays focused.

Read that sentence again man, at least comprehend before typing. Let me help you. Receives inside the Leeds 442 mid block, keeps his feet and the ball, breaks the block and we enter into the final third. Olympiakos mid block, beats the man, we enter into the final third. Missed 1:10 but you seem like one of those 'eye test' fanatics, but there's more than one way to beat a press, quick thinking and brilliant one-two passing is just as effective as the risky turn you like Skelly and Partey for, but I'm sure you slated Skelly for last season against west ham and Partey against PSG away. For the man city press I'm sure your friends have not allowed you to recover from that haunting 424 block at Wembley, the same 424 block he received, turned and waltzed through effortlessly in that clip. Don't be miserable, you signed a gem of a player that has overperformed in his first season at the club, without adequate cover and thrown head first into the toughest scenario a footballer can find himself, A anxious team that has to win, with anxious fans like yourself.

@TonyEdgal @SirLeoBDasilva @mj_cul95 @juwon_aa Neither of what you stated are relevant Both 1:10 and 3:20 aint the same press resistance play lol 😆 Even though I agree he was sublime in the first half But mikel arteta is crazy for not managing his minutes and improving MLS He is a bad coach in that regard
