More young people need to start working with NPFL teams. I strongly believe that the younger the core of any NPFL club, the faster and further it progresses. Look at what Oga Nla is doing with Shooting Stars. Look at Amobi’s impact at Enugu Rangers. Look at David’s work with Sporting Lagos. Also the same thing applies to the player and coaches. Fidelis ilechukwu, the working one - Under 50. Aweroro - Under 50. Coach Jeff buter - Under 40. Likewise players from shooting and from rangers. It’s time to retire the old methods and bring in fresh, young talent. The future of Nigerian football depends on it.

THE MOST FEARED GUY AMONG THE BAD GUYS LATE SGT ALIYU aka HANG HANG…. Sgt Aliyu tragically passed away in April 2022 during his Tactical Riverine Operator course in Port Harcourt, where he drowned during a training exercise. He was the most feared instructor during his time at the 325 Ground Training Group (GTG), now known as the Military Training Centre, Kaduna. He was a rugged, no-nonsense instructor who never smiled and was a one-man soldier. Sgt Aliyu was an operator with one of the best special forces in Africa, the Armed Forces Special Forces Battalion (AFSFB), operating in the dreaded Sambisa forest, Damboa, Gwoza, etc. He was a highly trained Special Forces instructor and one of the best snipers in the NAF who attended several courses, including: ✓ Basic Regiment Airmen Course (BRAC). ✓ Basic and Advanced Sniper Course. ✓ Basic Airborne Course. ✓ Helicopter Gunnery Course. ✓ Helicopter Rappelling Course. ✓ Force Protection Course. ✓ Ranger Course. ✓ Counter Force Course. ✓ Advanced Special Forces Course. The Late Senior NCO is still remembered for his bravery in the fight against insurgency in the country and his contribution in the training of Soldiers. May his Soul Rest in perfect peace. - When area boys stopped you and ask you for money, don’t give them. If you do they’ll keep extorting you. Just scope them and discharge them - when you move to new area, make friends with the area boys first, it’ll come in handy later - when you’re in a gathering and you hear a group of boys speaking in an unknown language, move asap - know how to puff smoke and drink dry gin, it’ll save you in some kind of situation

The general consensus under the cs & quotes seems to be tilted towards the supposition that what the crying kid exhibits is "cowardice" or "bitchery"... Y'all couldn't be more wrong. In fact, going by what I observe I see he's the leader among the three. - He is the first one to come outside. - He's excited and most vibrant when faced with the challenge. - He is the first to attempt crossing over. - As a matter of fact, he cries more as a result of disappointment on his incompetence, especially after his brother mogs him. Reason why he is not willing to accept the milk easily gotten without him earning his stripes. - Notice him still trying to cross until the very end, even after the other guy had wrapped it up for the day 😂 The personality type he exhibits is called the "Type A" or "Choleric type". Highly emotional and passionate. The sort of people who will wear their hearts on their sleeves without any shame ... Many greats fall under this spectrum. Cristiano Ronaldo is the closest that comes to my mind almost immediately. Gavi, Neymar, Bruno F... It's a boy technical, but Stoicism really doesn't always signify strength. As a matter of fact, the real bitch in that video is the egbon who collected his own milk and vacated the scene as soon as he could 😂😂 Generally, this is the best thing I've watched all week. The sort of content we should be engaging with on a daily, not Pooja and Ruth and Jarvis and em Blessing CEO and VDM brain rots 🤧

“I lost ₦25 million to the people I trusted most. But one ‘small boy’ saved my business.” That was how my pure water company manager was eating chicken every other evening, living large and looking fresh… while I was growing lean and looking older by the day. This life no balance sha. 😊😊😊 After investing about ₦25 million into the business, there was always a new depressing story every day. While the manager kept lying about trucks, generators, and machinery, the drivers were having a field day. I had promised to take care of my staff — and I was playing my part well. Sadly, many of them couldn’t see beyond the next plate of rice or eba. It was a harrowing experience. They dealt with me without mercy. I even sent a trusted church member…she quietly “opened her own shop” and started siphoning money. There was always chaos in the office. No one considered the long drives I made every Saturday and Sunday just to keep things running. At one point, I brought in an artist I had been supporting — even bought about ₦2 million worth of his works. I employed him to oversee the office while I was at my 9–5 and paid him upfront. Pride wouldn’t let him work. I fired him two days after. Then I sent my sister — hardworking, integrity pro max, hates waste and dishonesty. That was when the real resistance started. They complained she was “too strict.” I knew exactly what that meant. One Saturday morning, I called an emergency meeting. I needed answers. After everyone spoke, the youngest staff raised his hand… looked the manager in the eye… and exposed all the fraud. Silence. No one could deny it. I stood up and told everyone: Take your belongings. We are shutting down. 😭😭 The factory closed for one year. That was it. I had had enough. Painful… because it was the second factory I had to shut down. But here’s the twist… When we bounced back, my sister and that young boy became the backbone of the business. Today, she is the Managing Director, and that same boy is Head of Production in my yoghurt company. I sponsored him through school — he is studing Microbiology. Today, they run a billion-naira business. Never give up. Now you understand why I can sleep peacefully, even from far away England. 😊

One of my financial mistakes 2024 i opened a pure water factory for additional income. In fact in my head I had imagined that it’s blood money business I was about to enter because I felt the expenses will be small so I imagined plenty profit. In my mind I said after all I’m not buying the water. Anyway let me first use 5 minutes to laugh at my self first before I start 😂😂😂 I bought every machine it needed to Nafdac standard,I also registered it with Nafdac so my sale was very legit. That gave me my first experience with Nafdac I started with 3 cars,a hilux truck and 2 open boot bikes. We kicked off and my reality set in. First of all printing of roll was more expensive than i thought, already taking half of my money. Then as a producer our price is usually regulated with other factories,we cannot give drivers higher than other factories because we had a union binding us and it was part of our rules. We are producers so we don’t sell directly,we give to drivers at cheaper rate then they sell and make their money. As at that time I was giving each bag of water to my drivers at 120 naira a bag sometimes 150. Now I will still buy fuel for the cars ooo Even when i considered the option of them buying fuel and adjusting their price I still suffered for it. I also pay each bagger 10 naira to bag 1 bag, this is minus other salaries of the people in production handling the major sealing machines ooo I was burning electricity and light bill as if fire was burning my Nyash. I changed filters every two weeks and it’s not cheap I ran diesel to support Nepa because of course I live in Nigerian. I had so many staffs on salaries too and there are so many other expenses i cannot say all here. Abi is it car maintenance, story for another day 🥱 Drivers will owe me and they kept giving excuses that customers are owing them, all lies, infact me,drivers and police station became customers every week. I gave most of this drivers accommodation ooo but the truth is they are full blown thieves. At the end of every sales I make money but it goes like the wind to expenses and I will be left with only money to replace the rolls to produce again. To cut the long story short I was close to running madd then I shut down the business and I regained my sanity. If you have ever ran a pure water business you will understand this post better than anyone else, and if you intend to open a pure water factory first go to Amadioha and take juju make all your workers first swear oath before you start and take jazz not to run madd. Which business showed you shege? © Belle Kingdom

Guy😭Wetin your eyes go see if you dey sell gadgets ehn😭 Something happened today. This girl was crying and fighting a vendor today because she put her phone in water and it stopped coming on 😂😂 According to her, this is not the first time she’s put her phone in water. She said there was a time she put her former phone, an iPhone 14 Pro in soap water as she was washing and it didn’t spoil She went to swim with this one, a brand new iPhone 16 and the phone stopped coming on😂😂 She started fighting the vendor and accusing him of selling a bad phone to her 😂😂 What helped him was that she admitted to putting the phone in water😂😂

TAKING POWER BY FORCE: In the Maphite (GCAI) cult group, there are 2 main ways to remove the number 1 man (Don/General) from power. The first is by getting hold of the Great Book or Green Bible (GB), the most sacred symbol of leadership in Maphite. The second is through the Chairman (number 3 man), who holds a great power after the Don and can use his position as head of the Council of Profs to challenge or replace the Don without violence. But the Don still has the greatest power and can remove any office holder, including the Chairman. Here is how the 2 methods work: The Great Book or Green Bible (GB) is handed to the Don after a normal traditional handover, and no one else is allowed to see it unless he decides to show it. This secrecy makes mutiny difficult, unless the Don loses guard - like when a Don gave the GB to his godson for safety, but the godson ran away with it and declared himself the new Don. In Maphite, whoever holds the GB is the Don. Because of this, some Dons hide it in secret places, but this is risky because if a mutiny squad captures the Don, they will beat him until he produces it, and if it is far from him, they may k**l him. So the GB must be hidden but still nearby. Mutinies are rare in Maphite because the GB is hard to get. The second way is through the Chairman (number 3 man). The Chairman is seen as the “Wisest Man” and leads the Council of Profs (COP). Prof means Professional and is the position directly after the Chairman. There are many Profs (Main Prof, Prof 1, Prof 2, Prof 3, and more) - every Chairman and Prof is a potential Don. In a COP meeting, the Chairman is the head, and if the Don attends any COP meeting, Maphite roles automatically switch - the Don becomes Chairman and the Chairman becomes Don, because no one can be above the Chairman in a COP meeting. This setup gives the Chairman power to discipline or remove the Don. In Maphite, a Don and his Chairman are usually friends to avoid bad bl00d, and a Don with a good OT will avoid any COP meetings. Why join a secret cult when you can get all the secrets on Naija Confra? Reject Cultism.

“I can get that physique in 5 years” una 😂😂😂. I think watching these guys online does a disservice to how huge they are. When you see the difference between classic physique and open bodybuilding then you will understand. Most talented, gifted and very hardworking guys spend nothing less than 10yrs. Some 15 or more. Very few get there within 5 years and they end 15th or 18th on the list 😂😂.

Earlier today, while talking about the notorious NBM (Aye) cultist named Efe Coded, we also mentioned other NBM cultists, including Lutur or Lutur Soljaboi. In the top left picture, Lutur appears alongside Efe. At a time when child initiation is on the rise and the £vil and bl00dthirsty NBM cult continues to claim lives in Nigeria, these individuals are tarnishing the reputation of the military and negatively influencing Nigerians, including children. As previously noted, there are unconfirmed reports that these men may have been dismissed from service but are still posing as soldiers. If they are still serving, a thorough investigation into their actions is urgently needed. If they have been dismissed, authorities must ensure that military identity, uniforms, and materials are not misused to promote cultism, either online or offline. Cultism must have no place within our security institutions. Reject Cultism.
