There isn't a single player to play past high school that would ever miss this shot. Look at the defense as he goes up for a three. Tell me the last time Minnesota had a three point shot this uncontested.

That is exactly my observation, as well. Edwards is an exquisite talent but it feels like, in this juncture of his career, that his goal of being the best player supercedes the goals of the team winning. It's not his fault, he is young and it's in his DNA. He needs help in finding the right footing. I fear that is not Finch.

@TrackPhantom @DaneMooreNBA I think finch has a lot of culpability in lack of organization and approach. Lots of whining, lots of delays of game. Point chasing in blowouts, technicals, heat check shots, flagrants… it just looks like AAU hoops out there often. Low effort, cool stuff over winning plays

@turfmichaeld @FlyerTom23 That has to be true. I can't imagine the average fan betting an "early" 4k into a pool that is impossible to hit with no carryover. And CAW's certainly aren't that stupid. Feels like $1,000 was the over/under number to me.

I don't have the answers. But I've watched more T'Wolves games since their inception than I care to admit and this is just trash. I say that considering the talent on the team. They only play when the "vibe" is right. Day game on a Sunday. Chalk up a 30-point loss. Has to fall on coaching, in my opinion.

Chris Finch seems like a good guy but, in my opinion, he has been the problem year in and year out. Yes, they ran it to the Conference Finals twice. That is no small feat. But they were thoroughly embarrassed in each and now they look like they need to be hearing a different voice. Like Mike Malone's.

Totally spot on. It's weird. You'd think a team that has been to the conference finals twice and has a winning record, and Anthony Edwards, would be easy to root for. But it's the exact opposite. I absolutely dispise the Finch style. There are just very few easy looks. Everything is 1x1 or over the top contested three's. Get the feeling the Wolves will either waste prime Edwards with this crap or he'll become Jordan 2.0 with another team. Welcome to Mn.

@DaneMooreNBA The 14 point loss to the lakers doesn’t do justice how bad they looked. Of the… “the wolves are good now” years, this year team is the most frustrating. They are barely watchable so often and they play such a lame/hateable brand of basketball frequently

Here's the thing about this Wolves team: Every time you (and they) think they have it together and are ready for a run, they prove you wrong. And every time you think they're dead and buried, they also prove you wrong. Seventeen games to go. Anything can happen.

Timberwolves could use a coach. Nice 4th quarter.
