This is the type of thing that actually turns people away from Christianity...and in fact, it's not real Christianity. It's religiosity. It's the mental disease, disguised as true Christianity--which is actually freedom FROM religion, not more of it--that Jesus Himself condemned in the Gospels. These are the hypocrites that go about proselytizing and praying in the streets to be seen among men and to try to convert others to their cult...Jesus spent more time condemning these people in the scriptures than anyone else. It really is sad how much the demonic forces have hijacked and used the scriptures as a perverted weapon against people. It's actually quite brilliant. If you're a demon, this is precisely what you'd want to influence people to do, to make everyone hate Christians and hate the Bible. This isn't how you witness to people. Your life is supposed to be a living, walking witness. Jesus never instructed us to do anything other than that....be the very thing that everyone else is inspired by and wants to be. Be a walking, living blessing to everyone around you, not a nuisance. That's true Christianity. This is what I call "Judeo-Christianity." It's the curse of the old religious law, with Jesus and freedom from the curse of the old religious law pasted over top of it. It's fake. It's destructive. It's disgusting. Just know that real Christians understand and live by what I just said. Don't let this be a representation of Christianity in your mind because this isn't real Christianity and Jesus never would have done anything remotely like this childish, egoic, arrogant, commercialization of scripture.
