@RichardC75736 No one expects people in wheelchairs or scooters to be on the road. Same goes for kids on bicycles. They also aren’t zipping down the sidewalk at the speed of a vehicle.

Who the heck has the right of way in this situation? I live out in the country so my head automatically goes to the vehicle having the right of way. As fast as this e-bike is going it should have just been on the road & treated as a motorcycle.

@Mericamemed This was a professional bike race and they were racing. The event organizers are at fault for this spectacle, not the riders. If it was a car race across the tracks it would have made national news for stupidity.
