The supply is already exhausted. The point is that tenants don’t go homeless waiting years for new housing to be built

ça baisse la qualité des logements (aucun intérêt à les améliorer vu que leur valeur de marché est supérieure au loyer) et ça devient impossible de déménager dans la capitale vu ça épuise l'offre
