@AvivArazi I love you man but in some point you have to compare market caps as an investment strategy. If you are bullish on the power bottleneck thesis you’ll see that there are cheaper per mw opportunities that have large secured power of 3GW

This is a good question for $IREN bulls that @FransBakker9812 attempted to answer. Breaking down the MSFT deal GPU capex was 66% while DC Capex was 34%. How can you be vertically integrated when 66% of project capex is going to have someone else assemble, deliver, install and set up your cloud? That doesn't even include the operating costs of running the cloud. Save ~10% on DC costs but pay a ~20% premium on a higher capex base to call yourself vertically integrated? $DELL makes a strong profit building these server/racks for $IREN which leads to several problems. NBIS on the other hand turns it into an advantage, $NBIS does it in house. Saves them money and allows them to have engineers on company payroll that will know how to design and troubleshoot any problems, which leads to a strong cloud offering. IREN on the other hand ends up paying a premium to have someone else do it, which ends up cutting into the GPU capex and into "goodtime" as semianylsis puts it.
