DETAINER ISSUED FOR ALIEN CHARGED AFTER CHASING TEEN WITH KNIFE IN MULBERRY, FL
Law enforcement in Polk County, FL, arrested Vidal Mendez-Jimenez, an illegal alien from Guatemala who entered the country illegally as a teenager in 2019.
He’s charged locally with AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, BATTERY and RESISTING ARREST.
ICE issued a detainer on this alien to keep the community safe. He faces pending federal charges of illegal entry.
