It's actually a fairly niche bubble of men who care about this at all. I've never run into one in real life let alone one I wanted to date. And let me tell you I've run into a lot of men. I'm very quickly entirely upfront about my number of past sexual partners, and it is extremely high. The worst response I've ever gotten was ambivalence. A great many very high quality men actually prefer to enter a relationship with a previous slut.
