美国的医保体系的确是存在问题，昂贵，效率低。但美国也是全球范围内为创新药支付最高收益的市场，如果没有美国这个慷慨的支付体系，可能创新药无法在现有体系下进行良性运转。 从某种角度讲，美国为全世界各国支付了创新药的研发成本。 但即便扣除这个因素，美国的医保体系也有问题。很大程度被医院和保险公司联合绑架了。 但这个体系想改也难，利益集团盘根错节，我看川普也没啥办法。除非让习近平到美国当八年总统。

中国为什么很多底层看起来没有那么惨，是因为中国的家庭结构支持，比美国日本这些国家强的多。真有困难，家人会全力以赴帮助，而不是因为中国的社会保障系统更完善，社会容错率更低。 另外一个原因，中国家庭普遍更愿意储蓄，风险防范意识强，这是千百年来的苦日子刻到我们基因里的结果。当然，中国家庭还会普遍为下一代存钱，这笔储蓄也可能成为风险抵御金。但美国人，也包括很多发达国家的人，过了好几代好日子，个人都没什么储蓄观念，他们既不会为自己存钱，也不会为子女存钱，都是挣一个花俩，一旦遇到类似失业，现金流中断，哪怕是短暂的，抵御风险的能力也很弱。 说回容错率，中国社会容错率低么？我只能说低个屁。 比如你因为一点小问题被刑事处罚，你这辈子可能都找不到工作了。也无法贷款，无法过上正常的生活。可能你不会流浪，但你终其一生可能都没机会翻身了。 说到五保户，精准扶贫就更可笑了。 中国的低保和类似的措施都是跟着户籍走的，但你看看中国有多少人属于“外来人口”，他们可能被这些很低的福利覆盖么？基本没可能。 疫情期间我曾经回国，当时我已经两年没有工作了，按说我交了十几年的社保，里面有失业险，当时有人说可以领失业金，我就申请了一下，当即就被驳回了。我怎么没看到有什么帮扶措施来亲切慰问我？ 去到网上看看，有多少人失业，被逼无奈去贷网贷，然后还不起陷入恶性循环的悲剧？别没事儿在网上瞎意淫了，弄本护照到世界上多走走，中国这些年发展的是可以，但要说社会兜底，别说比欧洲澳洲加拿大了，和美国日本也没法比啊。美国低收入者拿白卡看病免费，中国就是穷死，看病没钱也不会有人给你出的。美国有大量的食品银行，免费的居住点儿，中国你真没饭吃，你看看找得到免费吃饭的地方么？

$TSLA bulls say it doesn’t matter that TSLA Oct global volumes are down -30-35% YoY, since the business is transitioning to unsupervised autonomy and humanoid robots. That’s a fool’s narrative with 70%+ TSLA profits from EVs. With EVs, TSLA had first mover advantage and clearly had the best product on the market at a price that was also highly profitable. Nobody else except BYD has made money on EVs. TSLA bulls refuse to acknowledge that automous ride-sharing is a commodity business where TSLA is behind the Chinese manufacturers ( $BIDU $PONY and $WRD) who are already completing 450K paid fully autonomous rides per week and will license their technology to anyone who will pay for it. I have said for years that unsupervised autonomy is table stakes for anyone in the automotive business and that prediction looks more prescient every day. Fully autonomous ride-hailing is already a crowded space and will only get more crowded as others solve for unsupervised autonomy. Few sell-side analysts’ TSLA models show significant future revenue or profits for autonomous ride-hailing (generally <5% of 2030 revs) and almost none show revs or profits for humanoid robots. It’s hilarious that TSLA bulls cheerlead without even attempting to justify TSLA’s valuation. Bottom line: It’s difficult to justify TSLA’s forward P/E of 200x+ in what is clearly a commodity business (unsupervised autonomy) where TSLA is one of many fighting for market share.
