An activist has filed a PIL in the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court demanding that the ₹40-45 lakh monthly cost of 'Z Plus' security for RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat be recovered from him personally. The petitioner argues that using taxpayer money for a non registered organization is unjustified, citing a 2023 Supreme Court ruling on security cost recovery.

A bit of fact checking is in order. The Panchayat Raj and Local Bodies bills were enacted in 1992 under the leadership of P V Narasimha Rao and came into effect in 1993.
But then we live with historical lies! India had computers since the 1960s but were told tha Rajiv Gandhi invented them after he became PM in 1984, anointed without mandate by a sycophantic president!

In 1989, while Modi was a nobody in Gujarat’s RSS circuit, Rajiv Gandhi was writing 33% reservation for women into a Constitutional Amendment Bill. Congress didn’t tweet about women’s rights. Congress didn’t pass a bill and then hide it behind a Census. Rajiv Gandhi put 10 lakh women into elected power; in every village, every panchayat, every gram sabha; and made it the law of the land. That’s not a promise. That’s a legacy. What’s yours, Modi ji? 13.6% women in Parliament after 11 years? A bill that activates only after a Census you’ve refused to conduct? Modi ji, we know the difference between empowering women and using women to win elections. The Constitution remembers. So does the country. 🇮🇳
