I was absolutely floored. The question: In Q1, you purchase a flight from Delta for $500. Assume that Delta will receive the $500 cash in Q2 (due to credit card payment schedule). The flight is in Q3. Walk me through the impact of this transaction on Delta's 3-financial statements in each of Q1, Q2, and Q3.

Talked to a gentleman who left McKinsey and then acquired seven business service companies in one month. Over 30 acquisitions so far. The portfolio's EBITDA is over $8m. It makes you wonder how extremely talented those folks at those large corporations really are. Some decide to leave... use all their experience, lessons, grit, and hunger... to build niche roll-ups that private equity will pay very attractive multiples.
