It’s not just about Nigeria , this is a global pattern. Lets be honest, most founders don’t underpay because they have to… they do it because they can. Team comes first- sounds great on LinkedIn until it’s time to share the money
Sam Ivere@hsprafrique

Top of the morning Techies hope we all get extra productive today ✨ My Early take today is the real reason Nigerian startups fail isn't funding. It's founders who raised $2M and still paid developers ₦200k/month. You underpaid the people building your product. The product suffered. Investors left. The math was always there.

If this works… the role of developers might changes Google is pushing vibe coding forward 🚀 Build production-ready apps in AI Studio with AI agents... Real question is Will developers spend more time coding… or just guiding AI? blog.google/innovation-and…

unpopular opinion : AI didn't give average people superpowers. it gave them a faster way to stay average. the people most excited about AI are the ones who were never going to build anything anyway.

Horizontal and Vertical Scaling before we start with horizontal and vertical what is scaling so it means increasing your system power when more users starts coming so we need it to handle increased user load and traffic , ensure high availability and reliability . maintain performance and response time and support growing data and storage needs. in vertical scaling we upgrade the same server and make it more powerful like example increase the size of instance of ram in cpu like example u have a kitty which cant do any thing like she cannot catch mice etc so we love the cat which we have instead of getting one more cat so we feed this cat more and make it stronger and super cat and now she can catch mice too or more but there is a limiting in that like if the cat gets sick she cannot do any thing like if the one server fail everything goes down in horizontal scaling instead of upgrade one server we add more servers and spread the load across them just like netflex they add more servers when the traffic go high this it need load balncers and distributors system to mangae everything smoothly so its like we have many mice in house so one cat can’t handle all the mice So we get more cats and know each cat catches some mice so the work is shared vertical is simple to understand and Easy to manage do to one server it have flexibility and horizontal is scales almost infinitely and more reliable do to more servers it have greater flexibility stateless vs stateful system Best for scaling stateless and each request is independent And it’s also easy to scale horizontally stateful server stores session data And very harderto scale and also needs session sharing Vertical scaling increases power of one machine!!! while horizontal scaling distributes load across multiple machines for better scalability and reliability!!!! Basic question Why do companies like Netflix prefer horizontal scaling??

We’re launching a brand new, full-stack vibe coding experience in @GoogleAIStudio, made possible by integrations with the @Antigravity coding agent and @Firebase backends. This unlocks: — Full-stack multiplayer experiences: Create complex, multiplayer apps with fully-featured UIs and backends directly within AI Studio — Connection to real-world services: Build applications that connect to live data sources, databases, or payment processors and the Antigravity agent will securely store your API credentials for you — A smarter agent that works even when you don't: By maintaining a deeper understanding of your project structure and chat history, the agent can execute multi-step code edits from simpler prompts. It also remembers where you left off and completes your tasks while you’re away, so you can seamlessly resume your builds from anywhere — Configuration of database connections and authentication flows: Add Firebase integration to provision Cloud Firestore for databases and Firebase authentication for secure sign-in This demo displays what can be built in the new vibe coding experience in AI Studio. Geoseeker is a full-stack application that manages real-time multiplayer states, compass-based logic, and an external API integration with @GoogleMaps 🕹️

The simplest way to build confidence? Set tiny, clear goals. Show up. Even when you don’t feel like it. Finish what you start. Do this daily.

using AI to write your thoughts is like hiring someone to go to the gym for you. you get the output. you lose the muscle. people who use ChatGPT for every decision aren't becoming more productive. they're becoming more dependent. there's a difference.
