@joshblaster_ @rfleury @GrizzledTexan So the options are A: pay someone to check the AI code (so you still have to pay someone anyways) or B: ask an AI to check the code that it already wrote. If it made a mistake in the first place, it’s not super likely to find it when you ask it to check again.

Ahh so you don’t have any idea. AI doesn’t put out unvested output. It’s vetted by its many vibe coder users. Furthermore, you vet it yourself by checking the fucking code. If this were purely human you would likely HIRE somebody to do that. That’s now more than one employee for the same job. Or you can get it done in two minutes and then look over and test out the code yourself (or again, hire 1 employee to do that.) this isn’t as nebulous as you assume it is. You can also ask the AI to check code it wrote and look for ways to improve it (which I have done before and actually learned a lot about coding that way.)
