@VirginPlusCare So I tried to setup my automatic debit via the app and when I filled out all the information and hit continue nothing happened. I then tried the web page but you don't have my bank on that list although it is listed in the app. Please add Coast Capital to the page

Anyone else find @VirginPlus to be Nothing but issues every month. Over an hour on the phone for a $400 bill w/ $233 in taxes! Over 50% in taxes? The bill is still not fixed, they overcharged us for services and the devices that were sold at one price&charged another.

@VirginPlus I am apparently being charged extra every month I have no clue for what. I have a 10 gb plan which I barely use and the bills have gone up from 30 to 50 cad per month. I have sent everything to your inbox. I am switching soon. Bad service.
