@VirginPlusCare Your support system directs customers to Bell stores to have the defective DSL modems exchanged. The issue is that the Bell store staff is refusing to serve and redirecting to Virgin Plus outlets. Please update your system so that we don't waste our time.

@VirginPlusCare I'm being emailed about an overdue payment for a mobile account + SIM that I haven't been able to use in 6 months. Everytime I try to log in and cancel the account, the below screen comes up. I called the support number and was hung up on and now can't call back.

@VirginPlusCare Y'all are blocking all my inbound ipv4 packets that's what. My port forwarding is effectively broken for a week now. All y'all ever told me was "HaVe YoU tRiEd ReSeTtInG rOuTeR?". after 4 hours on calls still no result, still no fix. Only fix is a new modem, which won't do jack

@VirginPlusCare you should be ashamed of lying to customers. My mom signed up at a promised price for TV and Internet and now she's being charged a higher price and told there's no TV! And one of her plans doubled in Oct with no warning and no data now!Absolutely disgusting.
