Excited to share our new @JCIInsight study! Using single nuclear multi-omic & spatial profiling, we found a profibrotic vascular niche in early, untreated #SSc skin biopsies—enriched with profibrotic macrophages & fibroblasts. Targeting this axis may offer new therapies.
