This is MMA fighter Sean McInnes. When Anne Marie Boyle asked him to leave her alone, he punched her in the face so hard that he broke her cheekbone and her eye socket, knocked her unconscious, and left her with a life-altering brain injury.
He was given less than two years behind bars.
It would be a real shame if this post was widely circulated and impacted his career in a negative way.

It's shocking how many people don't include liquid calories. Drinks, cooking oils, dipping sauces, salad dressings etc. all count. The milk and sugar in your tea/coffee count, which is a big one here in the UK. I used to eat 1200 for maintenance, there's no way you can GAIN on 1200.

At one point in college, I had an obese roommate.
After a few weeks, she complained about how lucky I was to be thin, since I ate more than her.
The thing is, however, that I absolutely did not eat more than her, in terms of calories or just amount of food.
She put ranch on everything. 600 calorie drinks. Endless snacking.
Maybe my plate was more full than hers at dinner, but it was obvious tp everyone but her that she was consuming more throughout the day.
I'm sorry, but after multiple instances of this happening with other overweight people, I just don't trust when someone heavy insists they're in caloric deficit.
Maybe some people lose weight faster than others. For sure. But it's simple science that if calories out exceed calories in, you WILL lose weight.

Well if you continue to bastardize women’s language, the only language we have to advocate for ourselves as a sex class legally and politically is, then you’re probably going to continue to get pushback from women.
We are human beings who are unique from men. It’s disgustingly misogynistic to dissociate us from our embodied humanity into an abstract objectified identity label for men.
You will continue to get called out for this sexist dehumanization of women. Especially when your language perpetuates entitled men to disrespect our boundaries, privacy, and safeguarding in the single sex provisions our foremothers fought for CENTURIES to attain. Every time I see this picture of Ali Larijani, I get angry.
In the 1980s, when I was a teenager living in Iran, my eyes were very sensitive and my doctor told me to wear sunglasses. But the morality police would stop me in the street, because according to them, my sunglasses were “provoking men.” I had to carry a doctor’s note in my wallet just to justify something as basic as protecting my eyes.
That was the reality for us.
And now, the same system that policed girls for wearing sunglasses proudly promotes figures like Ali Larijani wearing American Ray-Ban glasses.
This is the hypocrisy of the Islamic Republic: control and humiliation for ordinary people, freedom and privilege for those in power.
It’s not just hypocrisy. It’s a system built on double standards and contempt for its own people.
