Sleep is one of the most overlooked pillars of health but what if improving your sleep could also be engaging and rewarding? Introducing @sleepagotchi Sleepagotchi is a project that turns healthy sleep habits into an interactive experience. Instead of treating sleep as something passive, it encourages users to build consistent routines through gamification, making better sleep both motivating and fun. Why does this matter? Quality sleep is linked to: - Better focus and cognitive performance - Improved mood and emotional resilience - Faster physical recovery - Stronger immune function - Healthier metabolism and energy levels Yet millions of people struggle to maintain consistent sleep schedules. Sleepagotchi aims to bridge that gap by rewarding healthy behaviors and helping users develop sustainable habits over time. The idea is simple: Better sleep → Better habits → Better health. As digital health continues to evolve, projects like Sleepagotchi demonstrate how technology can encourage positive behavior instead of competing for our attention. Sleep isn't wasted time it's one of the best investments you can make in your physical and mental well-being. Have you tried using technology to improve your sleep habits? Share your experience below. 🌙

@siyaaaamak ARC Validator SDK makes privacy verifiable not trust based Quipnetwork

Had to share this because it’s one of the first AI projects I’ve seen trying to make privacy verifiable instead of just talking about it. Every AI company says some version of “we protect your data.” But in most cases, you’re expected to take their word for it. There’s no independent way to verify what actually happened. What caught my attention about @TheARCTERMINAL’s Validator SDK is the idea of attaching a signed, verifiable record to AI inferences. Instead of relying solely on a privacy policy or a company’s assurances, the system is designed to provide evidence that can be independently checked. Whether this approach becomes an industry standard remains to be seen, but I think it’s a much stronger direction than asking users to trust marketing claims alone. That’s the difference between saying privacy matters and building systems that can demonstrate it. I also have a look at @quipnetwork

Happy Friday 💕 Kinda crazy when you think about it... We log our sleep, our steps, and even our daily health, but the apps are usually the ones making money from all that data Now the wellness market could grow past 700 billion dollars by 2030, so maybe it is time for something better. That is what I like about @sleepagotchi and $SLEEP. They are pushing an idea where users are not just feeding the system with data. They get to be part of the value too That feels like a much better future. Wellness should be about more than tracking. People who create the value should actually share in it

yes, about ARC is that they’re treating memory like a security problem, not just a product feature. ai tools talk about giving agents more memory. @TheARCTERMINAL obsessed with proving who wrote to memory, who read it, and when it happened. That sounds boring until you imagine ai handling financial records, legal documents. so, suddenly auditability becomes more important than intelligence.

🟢 One of the most overlooked features in @reya_xyz is the idea of margin accounts existing independently from wallets. 🟢 That sounds simple until you realize what it unlocks. Transferability, delegated permissions, operational security, portfolio segregation, and far more sophisticated account management. 🟢 Most users won't think about it today But as onchain trading becomes more professional, account architecture will matter just as much as execution architecture.

@DoostEzzat Rally is fixing points with real human verification and authentic engagement

Cooked: The "points" meta in crypto. Every new protocol launches the same playbook: farm points now, get tokens later. Sounds great until you realize it rewards bots more than builders. Real engagement gets buried under automated scripts and empty hype. Projects pay for noise, not value. Users chase airdrops instead of actually using products. The model is fundamentally broken. It treats everyone the same, whether you're a genuine contributor or a wallet running 100 addresses. This is exactly why Rally's approach matters. AI verification ensures real humans get rewarded. No bots. No empty farming. Just authentic engagement that actually means something. The points meta without verification is cooked. It's a race to the bottom that nobody really wins. The next wave of Web3 won't be about who farms the most. It'll be about who contributes the most. That shift is already happening. Start staking now → app.rally.fun @RallyOnChain

One thing that quietly slows down productivity is how often we have to start over Open the files Find the right notes Rebuild the context Reconnect the plan That hidden restart cost adds up every single day That’s why @TheARCTERMINAL caught my attention It’s building an encrypted workspace where your memory, files and workflows stay connected instead of being scattered across different tools What makes it even more interesting is ANIMA Rather than expecting users to manage every layer of the ecosystem themselves, autonomous agents can help with discovery, coordination and execution while working within your existing context To me, that’s where AI becomes genuinely useful not by replacing the user but by removing the friction around getting work done Less restarting More continuity More flow

🔄Update @base Blocks are being produced normally again, and we've confirmed a broad recovery across the ecosystem. If your @base node is still stuck, a restart and resync should resolve the issue. The team has identified the root cause of the interruption, and our top priority now is to publish a thorough postmortem covering what happened, what we learned, and the improvements we're making moving forward.

controversial take: most people in "founder mode" are still in employee mode with better branding. they ship. they build. they post about it. but the moment someone important ignores their work, they pivot. the moment the algorithm doesn't reward them, they change the content. the moment a potential investor shows interest, they start optimizing for that person's preferences instead of their own judgment. that's not founder mode. that's just finding a new boss. real founder mode is continuing when nobody is watching. not because you're disciplined. because you actually believe the work is worth doing regardless of the response. I think most people discover this the hard way. you launch something, it gets ignored, and you find out very quickly whether you were building for yourself or for the validation. @RallyOnChain is one of the few places where this gets tested honestly. the AI doesn't care about your follower count or your narrative. it scores what you actually produced. that feedback stings. and it's the most useful thing I've found. the question is not whether you can start without permission. it's whether you can continue without applause. what have you kept building even when nobody was paying attention?

I was 19 when I realized I was the only one in my family who understood crypto. Not a little bit. Completely. My uncle had been scammed out of $3000 by a fake investment platform. A classic rug pull. Nobody around him knew enough to help. Including me at the time. That embarrassment stayed with me. I spent six months learning everything. Not for a job. Not for a course certificate. I did it because I never wanted to sit there useless again while someone I cared about lost everything. Then I started explaining things. First to family. Then to friends. Then strangers online started asking questions. I never announced a launch. I never waited for anyone to give me a platform, a title, or permission to be the person who knows things. I just started being that person. Two years later I have people messaging me before they make any major crypto move. That is not a company. That is not a traditional job. But it is mine. @RallyOnChain calls this Founder Mode. I just called it not wanting to feel useless again. Now be honest: Are you actively building your own knowledge, or are you waiting for the next rug pull to wake you up? Defend your answer below.
